The 63 year old Governor tied the knot with, Lala Fortez; a younger Ethiopian woman is in her 30s.
She previously worked as an air hostess.
They dated for a while and, now, she is the new first lady of Edo State, Nigeria.
She was
the governor’s casual friend before marriage.
She was
once spotted with the governor at the 50th birthday party of Grace Ihonvbere,
wife of the secretary to the state government, Julius Ihonvbere, on March 21,
in Abuja.
The
wedding was held at the Etsako West Local Government Council Marriage Registry
in the Auchi area of the state, while the reception took place at the
governor’s country home in Iyamho.
