PDP Will Be Back!

Governor of Bauchi State, Isa Yuguda has categorically expressed confidence that the People Democratic Party will be back and take over power in 2019.

Yuguda stated this at a farewell party organised in his honour by members of the state office of the PDP on Monday in Bauchi.

He urged members of the party throughout the world to remain loyal and not give up, adding that it would return to power soon.

 “The PDP will surely succeed if we work as a team and remain united as a family. We will re-strategise and take back power. All you need to do as party members is to pray for a triumphant return in 2019.

“We will also work on our failures and mistakes so as to emerge stronger in the next election.”

He described his party’s fall and the emergence of the All Progressive Congress as the will of Allah, Who gives power to whom He so wishes.

“It was because God has already decided our fate that the APC was able to take over power at the federal and the state levels from the PDP.

“The PDP has governed this country for 16 years. So, we should not feel down cast because Allah decided to give the APC a chance to also rule”, the governor said.
