Ibe Kachiukwu becomes new OPEC President.

The Minister of State for Petroleum resources, Ibe Kachiukwu is the new president of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC. He takes over from Diezani Alison-Madueke who emerged the first female president of the association in November last year.
