According to Vanguard, the middle aged man was arrested in Ijapo area of Akure, after some residents in the area suspected him of being an armed robber monitoring the area.
When he was
arrested and interrogated, he could not explain what he was doing in the
area.

“We do not want to presume that he is a mad man. There are medical tests
he needs to undergo for us to believe him. If at the end of the day he
