I greet every patriotic indigene of Osun on this platform. The need for our commitment to the betterment of our people has compelled us to rise up above personal interests.
It is incumbent on us to see this task as one that must be accomplished. Kindly let's join hands together as that is the only way we can succeed. The men and women of noble origin in the diaspora have important roles to play at this critical juncture in the history and welfare of the people of Osun. Your body language speaks volume at home. Your preference still commands worthy followership more so when you back it up with your might.
Your dream of a better Osun, a better Nigeria is only realisable when in unison you demand responsive and responsible leaders with focused attention on better records of history. Let us cooperate in this venture in which I believe personal sacrifice of my relative comfort is sine qua non to our progress.
Let us organise against our agony of bad leadership. Let us mobilise for the realisation of the lofty future where beggarly demands from siblings at home would give way for you to enjoy the fruits of your foreign labours. Without your knowledge, acquired in the pitiless snow of the sneering winter; your exposure to international ways of doing things, to modern rules and civilised pattern of governance, I confess, not much we can achieve at home.
Settle for a game changer who can revive our draining economy and restore our hope. I'm yours sincerely in this noble effort.
