Otunba Segun Adewale popularly known as Aeroland is a thoroughbred entrepreneur, philanthropist and grassroots politician from Ipoti-Ekiti in Ijero Local Government Area of Ekiti State, South Western Nigeria.
He was born into the family of Mr and Mrs. Michael Adewale of Aremo compound on May 15th, 1966. His father, being a respected police officer, was a disciplinarian who in turn inculcated discipline and moral values into him.
Adewale had his Primary Education at the Seventh-day Adventist School, Abule Oja, Lagos between 1972 and 1978. In 1979, his parents decided that their first child must return to Ekiti so he could be groomed and well-grounded in the Ekiti norms, values and tradition; thus he was admitted into Ipoti High School same year.
Even though he did not conclude his secondary education in Ekiti, he grew up substantially to understand the morals and traditional values which an average Ekiti man is noted for.
He eventually concluded his Secondary School education at the Oriwu College, Ikorodu, Lagos state1983.
Otunba Adewale attended the University of Ibadan between 1986 and 1990 where he bagged a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography. He proceeded to obtain his Masters Degree Certificate in Public Administration at the Lagos State University 1995.
He equally obtained a Certificate in Airline Management and Operations in 2012 and got a requisite Certificate in Flight Operations from the Institute of Flight Operations and Dispatcher (IFOD), Texas -USA 2013.
He possesses other professional qualifications in Management and Public Relations from reputable Institutes which include Certificate in International Air Transport Association (IATA) from Montreal, Canada as well as a Diploma Certificate in Air Transport Business from Virgin Atlantic Airways (UK) 2009.
He is also a graduate of the Lagos Business School / Pan- Atlantic University 2016 – course – OMP (Owners Management Program).

Today, Otunba Adewale (OSA) is the Chairman of Aeroland Group of Companies and the current Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State. He is happily married to Mrs. Victoria Adewale and they are blessed with two Godly children, Tosin and Tobiloba Adewale.
Adewale has not only done excellently well for himself in academic and career, he has also demonstrated the capacity to influence others around him starting with his immediate family. His wife, Mrs Victoria Adewale graduated from Ogun State University with 2nd class upper in 2004.
Tosin Adewale, his son graduated from John Washington Univerty, USA with 1st class honor in Electrical Electronics Engineering. Presently, Tosin is a graduate Assistant at Priston University, USA and also pursuing his post graduate degree in Computer Science.
Tobiloba Adewale, his daughter is currently studying Law at the London School of Economics.
