Girl, 13, raped and impregnated by her father in Nasarawa after which her mother poisoned her to cover up the shame

A 13-year-old girl was raped and impregnated by her father in Nasarawa state and when her mother found out, she poisoned her to cover up the shame.

The girl almost died after she was poisoned by her mother but she was rushed to the hospital where she was saved. She lost the pregnancy however. She is currently in a General hospital in Nasarawa state and her parents have both been arrested.
