Residents were gripped with fear after the corpse of a motorcyclist was discovered at Banana Estate, Igbe-Laara, Igbogbo/Bayeku, close to Ginti Banjoko, Ikorodu.
The yet-to-be-identified motorcyclist was found dead after he was believed to have been attacked by robbers who carted away with his bike.
According to residents of the community, the motorcyclist (popularly known as Okada rider) was said to have brought a passenger into the community, before he was killed, while his bike was taken away from him.
The police was alerted and his body has been deposited at the morgue.
