1. NUC abolishes pass degrees in Nigerian universities. Pass mark now 45 instead of the former 40.
2. Former Nigerian President Alhaji Shehu Shagari turns 90.
3. Academic Staff Union of Nigerian  Polytechnics set to embark on a
nationwide strike from Wednesday. February 25, 2015.
4. The Nigerian minister of health awards scholarships to over 300 medical students of Sokoto state origin.
5, Kebbi state of Nigeria employs over 4000, youths in the education sector.
6. Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos state of Nigeria commissions mass transit buses.
