Osun Worker Attempts Suicide Over Unpaid Salary.

 A senior civil servant in the Obokun Local Government Area of Osun state, Mr. Ojo Owolabi, attempted to commit sucide by drinking a large quantity of insecticide, last Saturday.

Owolabi, it was learnt, took the action due to his inability to feed his family since the state government stopped paying salaries.

It was gathered that Owolabi is still receiving treatment at a hospital.
