She's From Cape Verde, Not Ethiopia: Oshiomole Clears Air On His New Wife.

The newest groom in the governors' caucus in the country, Governor Adam Oshiomole of Edo state has cleared the air about his new beautiful wedded wife, ‘Lala Fortes’ rumour about her country of origin.

Barely five years after losing his first wife Clara to the cold hands of death, Governor Oshiomhole married a new wife yesterday and the news immediately took to the air about who the bride really is.The groom has now cleared the air by putting it to the rumour mongers about his wife's country of origin being from Cape Verde but not Ethiopia has initially reported. 

The low key wedding anniversary which took place at the Gov’s country home had in attendance lots of celebrities and government dignitaries including, president-elect, Muhammadu Buhari and his wife, Aisha Buhari, MTN new signing Timi Dakolo and few others.

Though details of how they met are still very sketchy, report gathered that it was shortly after the demise of the late first lady that their relationship became obvious.

It will never be forgotten in a hurry that the late wife died at age 54 years on Tuesday, December 7, 2010, at the Abuja Clinic, Maitama, after a protracted battle with breast cancer.

The late Mrs Oshiomhole was survived by her husband and five children:  Cyril, Winnie, Jane, Steve and Adams Jnr.
