The couple announced their son's moniker on Monday, two days after welcoming him into the world in a post titled 'To Our Fans' on her subscription based website kimkardashianwest.com.
The reality star wrote simply: 'Saint West, 12.05.15, 8 pounds 1 ounce.'
It was accompanied by four emojis, depicting their family.
Kim revealed last week on her website that she was having trouble picking out a suitable moniker for her little boy.
When asked what she currently 'dislikes' in a Q&A, she answered: 'All baby names I am hearing. We need to think of a good name. This is so hard!'
Kim, 35, and Kanye, 38, are already parents to two-year-old daughter North.
