Man on the run after allegedly hacking his wife to death in Ghana.

A 35-year-old man identified as Isaac Akuka has been declared wanted by Sefwi Akontonbra District Police Command, Ghana, for the alleged brutal murder of his wife, Hannah Akosah.

It was gathered that the suspect hacked the wife to death with a machete. Her body was deposited at the Wiaso government hospital mortuary. More photos below...
