Agege local govt officials reportedly ask resident to pay Merriment/Entertainment permit fee for hosting a party inside his compound

According to this letter making the rounds on social media, a resident in Agege Local government area, Lagos state has been asked to pay N10, 500 to the local government officials for hosting a party in his compound. They tagged the fee Merriment/Entertainment permit fee.
