The Lagos state Rapid Response Squad shared these photos of a drug addict caught with charms and weapons who smiled for the camera as he was being arrested in the Ketu area of Lagos state.
They tweeted; "This dude was caught smoking weed around Ketu axis of Lagos. He had charms and a cutlass in his possession which suggests he was up to no good. We asked him to smile for the camera and he was glad to.....say cheese!"
