Man who disguised as a lady to deceive male clients caught in Uganda

A man who disguised as a lady to deceive male clients and also obtain money from them was caught in Uganda. 

According to the reports, he was caught while flirting with a male client with the intention of scamming him. He is currently in police custody. More photos below ...
