A Nigerian medical doctor has told of how his friends proved to be true by going out of their way to be there for him when he was suffering from depression.
@KaiserVirtuoso wrote: "I battled depression for 6 Months and these guys flew in to another country to stage an intervention, reminded me who I was in Christ and encouraged my ass over games of FIFA. A squad."
He went on to drop a word of advice to those who suffer depression.
"Run everyday, keep your house spotless and pray," he told a follower who still battles depression.
