Former president Goodluck Jonathan's aide Reno Omokri via his twitter handle this morning, reacted to reports of President Buhari not tendering his credentials to INEC.
Recall Scooper's post that according to President Buhari, his credentials are with the Nigerian Army where he retired from in 1985.
Reno, a vocal critic took to his twitter handle to share his views on President Buhari and his inability to tender a certificate.
