A rare picture of APC governorship candidate, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his PDP rival, Jimi Agbaje all smiles at a wedding in Lagos has surfaced online.
This lends credence to the popular saying that in politics, there are no permanent enemies and no permanent friends, only permanent interests.
The duo exchanged pleasantries when they were at the wedding ceremony of the popular Shodipo and Dosekun families in Lagos.
Recall that Sanwo-Olu the anointed candidate of the National Leader of APC Oluremi Tinubu had defeated Ambode during the controversial primary election held in Lagos.
On the other hand, Jimi Agbaje won the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) state party’s primary in the state.
Mr Agbaje polled 1,100 votes to defeat Deji Doherty his rival who polled 742 votes.
