The Nigerian Football Federation has announced the sudden death of former Super Falcons midfielder, AWCON winner, Olympian, Ajuma Otache.
Ajuma Ameh-Otache passed on Saturday at the age of 33.

Ameh-Otache, one of Nigeria’s most successful women internationals, played for Nigeria at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, also won the African Women’s Cup of Nations that same year.
The Federation made the announcement via its Twitter account: "We are sad to hear of the sudden passing of former @NGSuper_Falcons midfielder, AWCON winner, Olympian, Ajuma Otache who passed on Saturday. Our thoughts are with her young family. May her soul rest in peace.
According to the federation, it's thoughts are with her young family and it wished her soul to rest in peace.
